Boil 1 liter water with a teaspoon of salt. once water starts to boil add the raw noodles into it. cook for 7 minutes and drainage water.
wash with cold water till the noodles cool completely.
make a blend by mixing tomato, chilli and soy sauce.
Chop and keep all vegetables ready. Take the veggies that you like or are available in your pantry.
Heat oil add chilli, ginger and garlic paste. Add beans and onion, as beans take longer time to cook than other veggies.
Add sliced mushrooms and saute until they are half way cooked.
add carrots, cabbage, capsicum and saute.
Add the salt, pepper and sauce blend.
Mix veggies well with sauces and spices. Add noodles and mix well.
Serve hot
